Invalid email at registration

Hello,

i have sometimes client that cant register on Membership Pro. They say that they have a message of invalid email address...
But if i create manually the account, it work with no problem.

Is the system check the email at registration ?
Have you an idea how solve this problem.

Hello

Yes, the system check and make sure the used email is:

- In valid format
- Has not used by anyone else before

In case user has the issue, better ask them for the email they are using and try it yourself to see if you can get that same error before checking it further

Hello,

OK, next time i have this problem i will try myself as "client" with the email.

My client says generally "Bad email format". But when i create the user in backend, i have no problem.
