Back end vs. Front end inconsistent was created by Christopher Slee
I have a plan ... all members are active
Any Ideas? why the front end isn't showing all the subscriptions?
thx
- On the back end I see about 190 subscriptions, with 3 duplicates
- On the front end -- same plan -- I see only 175
Any Ideas? why the front end isn't showing all the subscriptions?
thx

Hi Christopher
I guess that it happens because in the backend, we also show incomplete subscription records and that's the reason causing difference?
Could you go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Subscriptions config option to No, then check it again to see if there is still difference?
