Change Joomla Group after Subscription Expiration

Could you help us?

We've been testing the expiration date in Membership Pro

Our settings in Plan Detail:
Subscription length: 1 year
Expire date: 7-10-2020

Joomla Group settings:
Remove from: Lid (member)
Add to: Lid nog niet verlengd (member not yet renewed)

But this didn't work. Is there a setting we've missed?
Or do we have to wait for a specific time or till 00:00 on 8-10-2020?

Hi Elly

You will have to wait until the subscription record becomes Expired to see if it works well

For example, today, it should be expired already, so you can check and see if the subscriber is now on correct user group

They were expired this morning and the Joomla group was changed like we wanted. Excellent!
