Membership Renewals was created by Annamarie Hessman
I've been gradually rolling out Membership Pro and am confused about how to properly configure a few things.
Our membership program has three levels, each a year long. It was my assumption that the renewal page would allow the member to renew at a higher/lower level, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
This is not for any pro-rating, this is "I want to renew on my expiration date, and I want to go to a higher level" -- right now, if you go in to any of the three levels, you are only offered a renewal at the same level.
Is there a setting to change this? Most of what I'm finding for upgrades & downgrades in the documentation & configuration is all about pro-rating / changing active membership etc.

Hello
There is no option to renew to a different membership. If you want to allow changing to a different membership, then the only option is using upgrade membership as you figured out
