For some or other reason, my free membership plan does not create a user in Joomla and I cannot figure out why not. My paid plans do create a user in Joomla. I have integrated with Easy Profile.
That's strange to me. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to subscription form so that our support staff can check it
