Difference between Stripe plugin and Stripe Checkout plugin

Hi,

Please forgive my question if it has been answered before. I looked and could not find the answer.

We have a Stripe account and we are located in the US (if that makes a difference). Which plugin do I need to purchase in order to allow a subscriber to pay for their plan which was created through your system? I don't really know why there are two plugins.

Ok, one other problem. I purchased the plugin from your site, installed it and published it (from the payment plugins panel). When I try to use it from the subscription page I get this error: "you need to publish at least one payment plugin so that the system can work properly". It IS published, so I don't know what to do. I was using the Paypal plugin and it worked but now I only want to use the Stripe plugin now so I turned off Paypal. Even with Paypal on it doesn't show any other payment choices for checkout so I know it doesn't appear to be published fo some reason. Any thoughts?

Hi Bob

That's strange to me. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the page which we can see the issue

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Tuan,

I'm not completely sure why that happened but all is well now. I deleted the plans that I had added and added them back again. I also did some different things in the Gantry 5 system regarding menu assignment from templates. Anyway, it's working great in sandbox now so I'm happy.
