Hi
I downloaded your CSV import template, with your record in, I didn't add to file.
When I select this file for import and clicked Save & close I get the following error
An error has occurred.
0 Class 'ZipArchive' not found
If I downgrade from php 7.4 to 7.2 then the import is successful
