Hello, when renewing a subscription despite having the "Updated Subscription" setting when a user renews duplicates the subscription instead of updating it.
This had happened to me before but I don't remember how I solved it ... the payment method is Offline (I don't know if that has any relation)
Maybe it's because the status of the subscription record is Pending? Please publish the renewal subscription record, change it's status from Pending to Active and it should solve the issue
