Auto Delete

Is there any setting to auto-delete a subscriber and related Joomla user when the subscription expires?

No, we do not support that option. I don't know why you want to delete user account? I think you should leave the account there so that in case they want to subscribe for your other plans later, they can just use that old account instead of re-registering for a new account

Hi Tuan:

The problem I am having is when the user's subscription expires they can not renew the expired membership, The error message is "This email has been used by a different user. Please enter a new email".

I handle that issue by manually deleting the member and have him signup again.

Is there any other way to handle renewal after expiration?
