What are in these fields ?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to figure out the smartest way to enter plan-subscriptions manually (service to the customers of our platform)

So I tested a method where I first registre the person as an ordinary Joomla User - and the pick that User when creating a new membership subscription - but the two more fields are mandatory - my problem is, that I don't know, and can't tell what these fields are ?

Any ideas ???
