everyone can still log in

I have selected the restricted content but when I test an expired subscription, it still lets them in as if they are not expired. What is supposed to happen when someone is expired? Isn't it supposed to show a registration page or something? Not let them in.

Also, is there a way for people to cancel their subscription?

What method you are using to restrict access to content? I have the feeling that you don't setup it properly and that's the reason expired subscribers can still access to the content

Please read instructions at membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resources-access-restriction and try to setup the system properly to restrict access to your restricted resources
