Upgrading plans and menu items

Hi, I have 2 plans to set up. Plan 1 is beginner, plan 2 advanced. I have followed the documentation about restricting access to menu items so they only appear once a user is logged in and can only access the content once they have subscribed to either plan.

However, I need to remove the menu link to plan 1 once the user upgrades to plan 2. I can't seem to get this to work..

Is there a way of hiding the menu item once a user is subscribed to plan 2?

Unfortunately, we have no way to handle it in Membership Pro at the moment

Am I missing something, or is it merely:

1. Plan 1 Viewer Access Level allows access to the Plan 1 (only) Group and the Plan 1 (shared with Plan 2) Group.

2. Plan 2 Viewer Access Level allows access to the Plan 2 (only) Group and the Plan 1 (shared with Plan 2) Group.

I'm doing exactly that on my site (and am actually showing and hiding content (depending on plan level) within the same article/K2 item.

Thanks for replying Gary. It all works fine on articles / content but for some reason it's not working on the menu items. I think I'll have to revisit my Joomla groups set up

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me the menu item you want to hide?
