E-Mail log: "sent at %s" was created by Graham S. Jarvis

Hello,

in the E-Mail log I see this:

Does anyone know where I can edit out the "%s" ?

Please get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator/components/com_osmembership/view/email/tmpl folder and the issue should be sorted
