Pay for Membership Pro, PayPal and Authorize.net?

I'm still considering this extension but I've just noticed that you need to purchase additional payment gateway plugins besides the Membership Pro extension?

PayPal and Authorize.net payment plugins come with the extension by default, so you don't have to purchase it. But if you want to use PayPal Pro (I'm unsure if you need it as it's only available in some countries), you will need to purchase it separately
