Most of my members are on email, but i have a few who need paper. I do this now by exporting the full database and then use MS Word to mail merge the specific documents.
I could avoid all this by using the MP system if I could have a button to generate the first reminder email for those few without email on demand, and not wait for the due date. It could go in Account Information screen under Reminder emails information. I can pick up the generated email from a dummy acount and just print it out with MS Outlook.
No, it's not possible, unfortunately. If it's really needed, we can customize the extension for you for that feature. It will cost you 50$ for this development

Thank you. I will test the printing format issues and if these work, I will come back with a ticket.
Looking again I think a button on the banner in the subscription page would work too, perhaps with the functionality to send the next reminder mail. Several members could be selected.
