Paypal Pro recurring error DPRP is disabled for this merchant.

Hello,

Ive installed this and one off payments seem to work ok in SANDBOX, when I try recurring payments - the error message appears :

DPRP is disabled for this merchant

I've followed the READ ME file and added the IPN URL in my SANDBOX but I have noticed there are other files along with the plugin with the download I got.

Do I need to do something with those additional files to get the recurring plugin working and accepting recurring payments?

Any help would be appreciated

Hello Kenneth

First of all, what country you are from? PayPal Pro is only enabled in some countries, so if you are not from one of those countries, you cannot use it. See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/faqs/paypal-vs-paypal-pro for more information

Thanks Tuan, yes I'm in the UK - it's accepted here.

Any ideas how to solve the error?

Hi Ken

For this, I guess you will have to contact PayPal and ask them about this error. Maybe you should use your own account (live account) instead of a sandbox account (I think it would be easier for PayPal to check your Live account instead of a sandbox account)

Just give PayPal support that error message and they will check and solve it for you easily
