Hello,
i have a question regarding refund, for client with Paypal and Stripe payment.
What append if i click on the refund status in the subscription information of a client in the admin panel ?
Is that perform a automatique refund or not ? Or have i to do the refund manually ?

Hi Frédéric

I don't understand this question. Not sure where you click on Refund status? Could you please send us the screenshot so that we can look at it, understand where you perform the action and answer your question?

The question is that change only in Membership pro, or trigger a refund request to Paypal or Stripe if payed with it.

Hello

That change won't trigger anything. It's just an administering task. If you want to refund the subscription, click on that subscription record to edit. if the payment method supports refund, you will see Refund button on the toolbar. Click on that button will refund the subscription
