Can I have a customer select how many people they want in a group subscription?

I want something like this and would like to know if it's possible.

A customer signs up to a "Family Membership", which could have any number of adults and/or children. I know I can set the price for each person they add using a custom field.

Can I use this information to only allow them to enter the number of people they have selected on the Manage Group Memebership screen?

Also, adults and children are different prices so can I enforce the type of people they add also (ie and adult of a child)

Unfortunately, as of right now, it's not possible. The number of group members which can be added into the group is determined in the plan setting, it's not possible to use custom fields to calculate this number at the moment
