Joomla Groups integration

Good morning,

I have activated plugin Joomla Groups integration and i tested with Paypal sandbox mode: when adding user to Joomla Users they are inserted correctly BUT the new user created as defaut is BLOCKED and NOT Activated. I have to activate manually ? No way that when payed membership also user in joomla gruop user is created and defalt actived and default ENABLED?

The main question is what's the status of the subscription record after you complete payment? Is it Pending or Paid?

Hi Tuan,

yes the status of the suscription is completed and active. Payment is compelted also and in invoice is "paid".Joomla User is created but it is enablled and not activated.

I would suggest this option:

1. Go to Users -> Manage, click on Options button, set New User Account Activation to Self

2. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set :

- Send Activation Email to Yes
- Only Create User Account When Membership Active/Approved to Yes

Now, when someone register and make payment, the system will create and activate user account automatically, no need for manual activation

Good Morning.

I have set all as you suggest, but now any email is sent. It not sends Mail Activation, no sends any mail to administrator. I have tried with sendmail and php mail sistems but nothing. Suscription is completed in front page, the status is "pending" in subscription in Membership Pro backend. No subscriptor/user is created of course.

What Can i do?

What is the payment method you are using on your site to receive payment? Normally, when payment completes, the status of the subscription record should be Active, not Pending as in your case.

When it's Active, everything should work well
