Recurring plans and email reminders

Hi,
When I set a recurring plan with for example 4 payments, I hope someone can tell me whenn a user will receice the reminder emails.
The recurring plan is for example 4 times a year.

If I set that the reminder emails will be send like this:
First at 25 days before expiring.
Second at 15 days before expiring.
Third at 2 days before expiring.

Will the user receive these emails 4 times a year?
So every time a recurring period will end?
Or can I set it somewhere so the user will ony receive these emails at the end of the ;ast period?

Users will receive these reminder emails each time recurring period ends (so basically, 4 times a year as you said, total 12 emails)

If you just want to send one email before subscription end only, please don't configure the plan to send First, Second and Third reminder emails

Just set Send Subscription End setting to 5 days before subscription expired for example and the system will only send that one email (Subscription End Email) 5 days before the subscription ends/finishes)

One more question about the reminder emails at the end of a recurring subscription.
When I don't set a reminder email in the plan, which setting in the Configuration / Emails & Messages will be used?
Is that in Configuration / Emails & Messages / tab Reminder Messages and there the setting in "Recurring Subscription End Email"?

Hi Tuan,
I was testing the subscriptionsplans with a duration of 4 days.
I set the Subscription End Message with subject and body, but I did not received that message by email.

I do receive the email about the new bought subscription.
As a user and as the admin. So the email works good.
But the reminder message which have to be send in my test one day before the subscription end is not send.

I have that issue for normal subscriptions and recurring subscriptions.
Have I missed a setting in the configuration for this?

For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and:

- Tell me ID of the subscription record

I will check your plan setup first before answering you further

For people who are following this topic, I am still in contact with Tuan about this issue.
In the tests I did the last weeks, I still don't receive an email a couple of days before the recurring subscription ends.
As soon as it works good, i will let you know here.
