Group Members not updating in Joomla was created by Alison
Hi

I have set up Group Members and it is working great, with a couple of issues.
  1. When I update a group members email address or name (as the Group Admin), it does not update it in the Joomla user management page.
  2. When the user goes to update their own details on the front end using the 'User Profile' menu button the only field that is filled in their email address



Am I missing something?

Hi Alison

1. We do not handle that update at the moment. Will think about it and might make it works like that in the next release

2. That's strange to me. I would say that these fields should be populated. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- That group member account (which is having the issue)
- Link to user profile page

I will check to see why the data for these fields are not populated and get it sorted
