Recurring Subscription emails and reminder issues

When someone signs up for a recurring subscription with a free 14 day trial they get a welcome email which is great.

2 days before they will be billed they get a reminder notice letting them know they will be billed in 2 days which also is good.

Are they supposed to get the "Subscription Renewal User Email" every month on a monthly subscription? Right now they don't ... they get the general email ... I explain below:

The problem we are having is right now it looks like they are getting the main email message under the general tab that they get after they first sign up so every cycle it looks like they signed up again instead of simply getting a paid invoice or something like that. It is confusing for every time their monthy payment goes through to get the original welcom email. I am thinking this may be a bug but it is definitely confusing for the subscriber. I would prefer they got no message at all or a simple message letting them know their monthly payment went though and thank you type email. I think this may just be a bug though.

Hello Alex

When the payment is processed, the system will send renewal email messages. If you want to send a more simpler message (for that plan), maybe you can edit the plan, look at Emails & Messages tab, enter the subject and the message you want to use into:

- Subscription Renewal User Email Subject
- Subscription Renewal User Email Body
