Price change dynamically depending on date?

Hi,

Is there a way to change the price of a subscription-plan depending on the date?
We have a 1 year membership (1 jan-31 dec): a subscription costs €19,50 + €5 setup fee for a year but after 30 june of the year it's €9.75 + €5 setup fee.
I couldn't find a way to implement this in one subscription-plan but with two subscription-forms with these different costs and change these manual on 30 june.
Is it possible to have 1 subscription form and use a php-script to change the price?
Or to unpublish one subscription form and publish the other with a php-script so that we not have to do this manual?

We do not have a way to handle it. So the only solution would be making some customization to the code to have that behavior
