Add to group depending field choice

Hello,
is there a way to add a user to a group depending of a field choice at order ? I explain.

I have a plan with follow-up and no follow-up of the client for his online course. It is the exact same plan, with or without follow-up.
The only difference is in follow-up, the client can fill some questionnaires forms to level up.

So i dont want to duplicate this plan only for this option.

I made a special user group to have access at these forms. Actually, the user can choose in the order if he want or not the follow-up, the price is more expansive with follow-up. So actually, at order, i assign the user to a group to have access at the online course.

That i want now is add the follow-up user to an additional group if he choose follow-up.
I can do this manually, but is it possible to do that automatically with component ?

But question, actually, i have already user group assigned with the EB plugin. If a use the field, is that ok using plugin + the field.

I mean, in the plugin config, imagine the user is added to group 5,10,15.
In the field, i use it to add to the 20 depending choice.

So the result will be 5,10,15 + 20 or 5,10,15 only depending choice, right ?

I tested now and it work.

The question was i use the group plugin (see screenshot).
I wanted to make sure that the choice of the field did not bypass the basic choices of the plugin of.

But is is OK.

The choice of field is independent with the selection in the Joomla groups plugin, it works together
