Signing up issues

Hi Guys. My customers are trying to sign up to my subscriptions and when they type in their details (name and email) they can't see them, only a yellow box. I do think the details are going in they just cant see them! It works fine on my laptop, I think its a mobile phone/iphone issue as its happening as well on my iphone. Can I fix this any way?

Thanks for assisting me (i'm not a programmer I'm learning as I go :S :S ).

That mean there is some problem with css of your site template. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page

Our template developer will check and solve this issue
