Plan Id (or Name), on "My Downloads" tab in User Profile

I have some plans where the same file is available for download in the different plans Downloads Manager.
When viewing the User Profile, My Downloads tab, these files are duplicated in the table of course...

Its not a real big issue, but is there a way to either:

1. Not display the duplicated files or
2. Display the Plan Id or Name, so we can see which files are associated with which plans?
