Send First Email x Days - max number? was created by hzwicewicz
I have a plan with a four year subscription period and would like to send out a first email reminder about renewing 180 days ahead of the expiry.
However, if I add 180 in the Send First Email field and save it, the number reverts to 127.
It seems that there is a maximum number of days ahead of renewal that first email can be sent. Am I right and could that be changed somewhere?
Thanks

Do you know how to change data type of a field via PHPMYADMIN ? If Yes, access to your site database via phpmyadmin, look at #__osmembership_plans table, find and change data type for the following fields to INT and it should address the issue:
send_first_reminder
send_second_reminder
send_third_reminder
If you don't know how to do that, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help making the change
