Limiting access to multiple free plans was created by ja
Hi Tuan,
We have free one month English and Maths plans available at aldonhometutoring.com for registered users. The idea is to use the free one and to then upgrade to a paid plan. I have had users subscribing to multiple plans and then downloading lots of our material. I want to limit each user to just one plan. I have had to remove automatic activation to stop this but there must be a better way.
Thanks,
John

So basically, you have multiple free subscription plans and users are registering for all of these plans?

Yes, the access restriction is you must be a registered Joomla user and register for a plan. This allows you to have many plans. Ok for other people but not for me. Just want one plan per user.

Hello
You can try this solution:
- Access to Membership Pro -> Categories, create a new category. In the parameters, set Exclusive Plans parameter to Yes
- Then assign all of these plans into this category
After that, try again. Each user can only subscribe for one plan belong to this category

Thanks Tuan,
Neat solution, as it only applies to free plans.
