Membership ID in email confirmation

Yes Marc. Just put [MEMBERSHIP_ID] tag and it will display Membership ID

We're looking to include the membership ID in PLG_USER_JOOMLA_NEW_USER_EMAIL_BODY which is the Joomla email that is sent when a new user is created.

Ah, that email is sent by Joomla core, so you cannot use any tags in Membership Pro

So in short, it's not possible

The user is being created when their Membership Pro subscription is added, so would it be possible send an email within Membership Pro when they are added that would include their Joomla username and password?

Or are there any plugins that would make either option possible?

When you create a new subscription record from backend:

- Joomla will send user a separate email contains username and password
- Membership Pro will send a separate email with subscription details

So I think that would work. Password, in Joomla is encrypted, so Membership Pro could not send password to users. You can use [USERNAME] tag to send username, but for password, it's not possible
