Dear Tuan,

I have a member who paid his membership fee and about a month after the payment he received the third reminder email. I have been through all the system information and cannot see any reason why that email has been sent. Then my secretary mentioned that there was another similar situation.

Please can you help me? Please let me know what you would like for me to send to you.

Could you please check to see if it's applied for your case?

Thank you Tuan.

This could easily be the reason - I have recently changed the hosting ISP and it could be that the old ISP hadn't deleted the file. I have checked now and my account has been deleted, so we can leave this and I will check to see if it happens again.
