Reminder not sent for expired subscriber was created by Hilmar Schneider
We've set up Membership Pro so that the third reminder is sent 182 days after the subscription expires. In this example it is queued but not sent. I checked the email logs and it wasn't sent. Other emails and reminders are working fine. The last email sent was on 2020-03-21.



We're using Membership pro 2.18.0, Joomla 3.9.16 and PHP 7.2.29. The upgrade to Joomla 3.9.16 happened on 2020-03-28.

I did test the email subsystem and I can send emails.

Hello

We didn't think about that large number, so we limit maximum to 60 days only

Could you please install this updated plugin, the check the result in the next days to see if it's sent properly?

I installed the reminder plugin (version 2.19.1) and then updated to the latest Membership Pro which overwrote the plugin (to version 2.19.2). It took a while to sort out.

I installed the plugin again and verified the versions.

It still didn't send out the reminder email. I tried changing the number of day so it would recalculate the date but it still didn't send out the reminder.

Hello

For this, better submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- ID of this subscription record

I will check to see why third reminder is not sent and get it sorted
