Hi Dear,

I see that when an user with a lifetime membership cancel their subscription via cancelling recurring payment...

Then if they resubiscribe, the plan is not “new” but is a renewal.

Is it possible to prevent this?

I would like that when user cancel their recurring payment, than if decides to resubscribe, this was a new subscription.

Thanks

Hello

What's the reason of cancelling a lifetime subscription and then subscribe again? It does not make sense to me, so I guess the extension has not prepared to handle this case yet

Sorry, my previous message is wrong.

I refer NOT to a Lifetime subscription but a Recurring one.

If the user subscribe to a recurring plan, then unsubscribe, then resubsribed (after the first plan is expired).

In that case, I don't understand if the second subscription is treated as new subscription or a renewal of the first...

I haven't checked the code but I think it would be a renewal (since he subscribed for the plan before). But I don't thing it affects anything here? In this case, the start date of the subscription will be today date and end date will be calculated based on today date and subscription length

The subscription duration should be OK
