We have created a top-level category and three categories beneath.

We then created a menu to display using the Plans List Default Layout.
This correctly shows the sub-categories to which the individual plans are associated to.

How do we add text above the sub-categories?

Not sure how to achieve this.

We would want something similar to the following:

Current Display:

Subscriptions

Individual (4 plans)
Family (5 plans)
Business (5 plans)


What we want is the following:

Subscriptions

Descriptive text here

Individual (4 plans)
Family (5 plans)
Business (5 plans)

When the user selects any of the sub-categories they are then taken to a new page which displays all the plans for that sub-category.

Put the text you want to display into Description of top level of category and it will be displayed

Some of the plans that we are adding have but one line of descriptive text and the container renders to large.

Is there a way to control the dimensions of the container that Plans are displayed in? We are using the Plans List Default Layout.
