VAT rules have been changed since upgrade to v2.19.0

We recently upgraded Membership Pro to the latest version, v2.19.0, but a new member registered on our site ( www.itga.ie ) yesterday, and they entered their VAT number and country (Ireland), and the VAT amount was changed immediately to zero! This was working perfectly before the update - it would appear that the EU Tax Rules that we originally setup are now being ignored, somehow.

We don't want to have to recreate these EU Tax rules again, but there is no way (that I can see) of viewing/editing the EU Tax Rules, just the VAT rates. The Tools menu has a "Build EU Tax Rules" option (which we would have originally configured), but if I select this option, a warning is displayed:

"This will delete all tax rules you created and build EU tax rules. Are you sure?"

Please assist as this is very urgent.

That's not right to me as I didn't change anything related to EU Tax Rules in the release. So maybe it causes by something else

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the page
- Tell us the VAT Number which we can try to enter and see this error

We will check to see why the error happens and get it sorted
