Two Membership Plans & subscription forms

Hello everyone.

I will really appreciate if somebody will guide me on the following:
I need to create a form which will be specific for Membership Plan A and different than the form for Membership Plan B.

Hi Mark

Basically, you need to:

- Create two plans: Plan A and Plan B
- Then go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, create the custom fields you want and assign it to each of these plans

With that said, each plan can have it own set of custom fields, so it will be two different forms

Please try to setup that and let us know if you still have other questions

Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Enable Select Show/Hide On Members List On First Subscription config option to No
