captcha on the sign up page

Hi,
I have set 'Enable Captcha' to be 'Only for Public Users'. When someone not registered attempts to sign up, they have to complete the google recaptcha, first. As is expected.
Is it possible to change the captcha that is used ? I would like one that is not so difficult for people to fill out. There are many captcha plugins available, but I'm not sure if they will work with Membership Pro.

You can use any captcha plugins you want. If it works for Joomla core (for example contact form), it will work well for Membership Pro
