Renew fee zero for plan with calculated fee was created by Trevor Smith
Hi

We have a plan with a simple calculated fee and it works everywhere except on the front-end Renew Membership where the fee is displayed as zero.


When the user clicks to renew the correct fee is displayed.


Any ideas?

Hi Trevor

That looks strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- A subscriber account which is having the issue
- Link to that page

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
