No reminders are being sent. How to check ?

Our customer says that since December (2 months) the reminder emails are not being sent.

How do I check if they are, or are not actually being sent ?

Hi Paul

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Log Email Types config option, choose to Log Reminder Emails. From now on, each time the system sends reminder email, the email will be logged and viewable in Email Logs

2. Also, you can view the subscription record you want to check, there is a section to show you whether the reminder is sent or not. If it was sent, the time the reminder sent is available, too (this might not available in old version you are using, I don't remember but you should update to latest version anyway)
