Custom fields in mebership list

Hello,

I would like to show a column with a custom field on the front-end, but this custom field is not linked to all my plans. I noticed that the column is only displayed if the custom field is linked to all plans.

Onyone has a workaround?

Yes. That's correct. Maybe you can change the menu item to display subscriptions from that selected plan only? When you do that, the field should be displayed

This is a problem for me as well. Perhaps in a future release custom fields could be displayed by category?

Maybe we will just display all configured custom fields when no plan is selected

In our situation we have 2 categories with a number of plans in each. The plans in category 'A' use a set of custom fields and category 'B' uses a different set of custom fields. At the moment to display one of the custom fields in a list it has to be assigned to all plans so in the lists of one of the categories it is displayed as an empty column and is not relavent. (And takes up useful space)

Will your proposal solve this?

It might. Basically, with my propose, any custom fields which has Show On Members List settings set to Yes will be shown on the list

I will update you when it's implemented so that you can check the result yourself

Sorry for the late reply....I did not try that, also because I wouldn't like it that way.
In a later reply, I read that you are planning an update to include this feature. That would be great, thanks!
