Prorated price not calculated

Hi
I have set a global expiry date for all plans.
I have set prorated to either day or months but the prorated price is not being calculated.
Are there any other settings I need to look at?
What could be wrong? How to troubleshoot?
Using latest version of MP and joomla 3.9.15

Hello Michael

As answered via email, this option actually only works for one time subscription plan, not recurring subscription plan

So edit the plan, set Recurring Subscription to No and it should solve the issue

I have the same setup. Only New subscriptions are getting prorated.
Existing members when they renew are not getting prorated.
