"You do not have permissions to view members list" when user has "View Members"

Hi,

I'm using Membership Pro 2.18.2 under Joomla 3.9.15 and I have a created a group having users with a Membership Pro » Members List menu item that is also given access to the created group. When I first configured this, I logged in with a user belonging to the created group and was able to successfully view the list. But another user belonging to the same group was unable to view the list and was given the error "You do not have permissions to view members list". I then access the Membership Pro Options in the admin backend and allowed "View Members" permission to the created group. Now, none of my users can access the members list and always get the error "You do not have permissions to view members list".

I can give links and access credentials via PM if necessary to debug.

Maybe that user belong to another user group (a different group) which does not have permission to View Members and it causes the error

You can submit a support ticket sending me:

- Super admin account of the site
- That user account
- Link to the page

We will check to see why it happens and get it sorted
