expiry date issues

hi MP team

club membership has a set expiry date 31/5/xxxx as this is how the club operates its year to year competition 1/6/xxxx to 31/5/(xxxx+1)

i have set that as the expiry date and each year i adjust the year, so this year expiry is 31/5/2020

i have set membership length as 12 months

however people doing renewals are showing as receiving full 12 months not to the expiry date .

Hello

You should set Subscription Length to 1 Year instead of 12 Months

Please try to make that change, then check it again and let us know if you need more assist
