Renewal: E-Mail already in use was created by Graham S. Jarvis
Hello,
I have set up a renewal screen for subscriptions that expired at the end of last year.
When people login they see their profile info. but when they click "Process Subscription" they get a "E-Mail already in use" message.
(See attached)
Is there a parameter somewhere that needs to be set?

PS:
"Enable Renewal" IS set to "yes".
Some people ARE able to process their renewal - and I've checked the e-mail is the same in the active and pending subscription.
Is it because subscriptions are still marked as "active"?

Hello Graham
If users renew their subscription, they will need to login before processing renewal and they won't get that error message anymore

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account
- A subscriber account which can be used to renew subscription
- Link to that renewal page
I will try to check to see why that issue happens and get it sorted

@MACKevin This issue happens on the site because there was some customization in the code only, it does not happen in core package of the extension
So if you have issue, please submit a support ticket so that we can assist
