Problem for generating invoices

TCPDF ERROR: Unable to create output file: /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/media/com_osmembership/invoices/2019/00117.pdf
I have activated the invoice feature and I have answered YES to all questions, as it's said in the getting start documentation.
But I have this error and my subscribers didn't receive their invoice. And I don't be abble to download the invoices either.
I don't undestand.

Look like there is permission issue and it causes the error

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see what's the reason causing the error and get it sorted?
