Renewal paid, but subscription not updated

I just renewed my own subscription using PayPal after the first reminder (set to 30 days before expiry). The payment shows in the subscriber record, but the subscription is not renewed and I got another e-mail saying my subscription will expire in 1 month.

I need to fix this ASAP.

Hi Seán

There could be multiple reason causing this error. Could you please:

1. Go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes, then try to renew again, make payment

2. After payment is completed, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can the log and guide you to check it further

PayPal payments were working fine before, it’s just the renewal that doesn’t work.

It’s very disappointing that you have to ask for a Super User account. Why is that necessary? Would an Administrator account do?

Hello Seán

Yes. Administrator account will work, too. The most important thing is that you need to set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes, then run a new test
