User deactivated after password reset request - Joomla or Membership pro ? was created by Benoit de Mulder
Hi,
When a user request a password reset, his account is deactivated until a password reset, I googled the issue and could not pinpoint it to Joomla. I would like to check if this issue is coming from Membership pro or no. If yes, is there a way to stop this behavior?
Thank you

Hello
The reset password process is handled completely by Joomla, not by Membership Pro
So this is a Joomla behavior and not related to Membership Pro
