Monthly Recurring Membership with Coupon turns into Lifetime. Why?

I have set up a Monthly Recurring Membership that has a price (whatever).

I offered a coupon for 100% of the Montly Recurring Membership (like a free trial), but when a user uses the coupon, the montly membership turns into Lifetime. Why?

Shouldn't it be just 1 month?

I tried it with my own user, applied the coupon and the End Date converts to Lifetime.

The Membership is set to 1 Month, Enable Renewal = No, Recurring Subscription = Yes.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello

It's just wrong setting for the coupon. Please edit the coupon code, set Apply For setting to Only First Payment

After that, try again (subscribe for the plan using new account), it will work as expected
