Member Card function Not Showing

Hi there

I've been loving the Membership software but one feature I have trouble getting to show up is the Member Card.

I do have this feature turned on in the configuration (and a small test template added) but it doesn't appear in the profile.

Can you help?

I did search for help here but to no surprise a lot of "Credit Card" info comes up ..

Any help is appreciated

Hello

The member card feature needs to be enabled in the plan setting. Please edit the plan, look at Member Card Settings tab, enable it for the plan

After that, check it again. It should work as expected
