Custom field in registration backend list

Custom field in registration backend list was created by Frédéric Bianchi
Hello,
i have a custom field with a list, for add an option when the user register. So he have to chose in the list for OPTION 1 or OPTION 2.
Is there a way that the option chosen displaying in the backend registration list ?
Because if i go in the custom field and enable in backend list, nothing appear.

Just set Show On Subscriptions Management setting of the field to Yes and it will be displayed

Ah
In this case, the field is not assigned to all plans. So if you want to have it shown, you will need to choose the plan (which the field is assigned to) in plans filter dropdown in Subscriptions Management screen
After that, the field should be shown

Yes, like this it work, thank you. But i have another little problem with custom field. I have a field "Note admin" that i dont want to be for the users, this is an admin note. I have uncheck the options in the backend but it appear when i am in the view of the plan in the user management menu. See sceenshots.

Try to set Access of the field to Special, then check it again
Standard Subscribers should not be able to see the field anymore
