We have to use article restriction because we are selling reading plans. Now it results that the Joomla category texts for many categories disappear when the subscriber has no rights to the articles of that category... but the category text MUST be visible to explain the subscriber what he can expect in that Joomla category. Instead of the Joomla category text, the restriction message for an article appears.
The strange thing is that some (but few) Joomla category texts display like expected even if also ALL articles are restricted for the user.
THIS HAPPENS ONLY IF THE OPTION "Hide fulltext from none subscribers" is activated in the article restriction plugin. If we choose "Prevent Access to Article Detail Page" then the Joomla category texts all appear nicely, but the user cannot see the introtext of the article anymore.
We need urgent help, please!

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us step by step what we need to do to see the error
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
